• Prices: Our prices are inclusive of VAT, and delivery to your preferred address on the GB mainland. However there will be a delivery charge to the Scottish Highlands area with the following postcodes :IV, KW, PA,PH and AB postcodes. Please contact us before you order for a delivery quote. 

• Payment: This is a secure site and all online credit card payments are secured through a Secure Server.  Our servers are rigorously tested to the meet PCIDSS (Payment Card Information Data Security Standard) criteria. If you are uncomfortable with paying on line you can call us on (01452) 523918 or (01452) 413547 and pay over the phone. We also accept BACS payments. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods you order before your order can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order will bring into existence a legally binding contract between us. Acceptance will occur on either the debiting of your credit card or confirmation of the funds reaching our bank account via BACS. A contract will not affect your statutory rights

• Delivery: Most products are in stock with ourselves or our distributer. If the item is out of stock or there is a major delay we will contact you as soon as possible (provided you have left suitable contact information).Garden Machinery (Glos) LTD shall not be held liable for any delays in delivering goods, nor shall they be held liable for delays caused to customers work commitments due to your order not arriving on time. Garden Machinery (Glos) LTD shall not be liable to customers for charges for hire of alternate machinery or labour. Garden Machinery (Glos) LTD will not be liable for compensation of any kind due to late delivery of machinery or failure of machinery or damage to property from delivery. Most products will be delivered 1-2 days from receipt of order and clearance of payment. Tractors usually take  4 - 5 working days after receipt of order. Some products will be despatched to you directly from our distributors. A detailed receipt, together with a copy of the credit card payment receipt, will be posted separately to you.

• Warranties: All garden machinery products carry the appropriate manufacturers' warranties. Warranty information displayed in our online store applies to domestic use of products. For commercial use, different warranties usually apply - please enquire for details. 
  Cancellation Rights: In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, commencing from the day after the day you receive the goods. However, you must ensure that the goods remain unused and are retained in their original packaging. You must return the goods within 15 days of the date of their delivery to you. The goods must be returned to our address at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods within 30 days of the date of cancellation provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.  

• Faulty Goods: If the goods are faulty or different from those you ordered, you may return them after notifying us of the problem with the goods and your intention to return them. You must return them within 30 days of the date of their delivery to you. The goods must be returned to our address at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
